Please pray for Carlton Pearson that he wake up and smell the coffee. I mean, come on. I see right through what the devil is doing and I don't have a degree in half the things these other people do!

It saddened me a lot. I watched the story of how this preacher changed his mind one day after hearing "an audible voice" telling him there is no hell. Who wouldn't want to believe that? So then the Bible is now null and void and all of us who don't believe what he is now preaching don't "love"? And the gay and lesbians and the Mormons and the Atheist are more "loving"

But what gets me about this article especially is that he predicts this will soon be the crux of mainstream theology. On the one hand, he denounces the reality of hell as taught to us by the Bible and on the other hand the man is fulfilling the very pages of the book he now says is not to be taken literally. How is he doing this? The Bible says in the last days men will depart from the faith, heed seducing spirits. Doctrins of demons. This is a doctrine of a demon.

the man tells the newscaster how distraught he was that his grandparents may have gone to hell.
If I were a demon, I'd sure swoop in and play on that one! Here, Carlton, here is a new doctrine,
and it sounds great,
never mind where it comes from, forget that precious book, just listen and accept it. Don't test it.
