Quote# 55057

When will people learn? Homosexuality is wrong, won't make people happy and is a manifestation of a corrupt and sinful society. It is not something to be proud of or to flant.

P.S. Equal rights, not equal things (that's socialism, not a republic). They have the right to marry, for pete sake. If they want to marry the same gender, go to England, don't change this country! As Prop 8 showed, people like this country the way it is!

Prop 8 showed nothing of the sort. Prop 8 showed that people will swallow any lies they're told if they're backed up with enough money, by religious leaders and they have even the slightest misgivings about the subject of the lie.

"Homosexuality is wrong, won't make people happy"
Homosexuality makes homosexuals happy....

"and is a manifestation of a corrupt and sinful society."
Or genetics, retard.

"It is not something to be proud of or to flant."
Much in the same way that one shouldn't "flant" their lack of intelligence.

"P.S. Equal rights, not equal things"
I agree to equal rights, which is why gays should be allowed to legally marry.

"They have the right to marry, for pete sake."
When did that happen?!

"If they want to marry the same gender, go to England, don't change this country!"
If black people want to be in the same schools as white people, they should go to England, don't change this country!

"As Prop 8 showed, people like this country the way it is!"
Prop. 8 was just in Cali, and didn't pass by a terribly wide margin, you dumbfuck.

Um Prop 8 was in California, not the whole country.

And what the hell is "flant"?

DevilsChaplain

@MozMode
I believe "Flant" is a rich custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top.....wait, that's Flan...okay this guy's just an idiot then.

aaa

At least, the brits have a civilized culture.

HoJuSimpson

people like this country the way it is!

Wanna go back just um, 40 years and say that about racial bigots?

I'm guessing you're pretty well off if you actually believe that IN GENERAL.

They have the right to marry

Not the person they love though, idiot.

P.S. Equal rights, not equal things (that's socialism, not a republic). They have the right to marry, for pete sake. If they want to marry a different race, go up north, don't change Georgia! As the Civil War showed, people like this state the way it is!

Same argument, circa 1950.

Women don't need to vote, they can just marry someone with similar political views.

IM SO FUCKING TIRED OF THAT STUPID EQUALITY ARGUMENT!!!

oops, sorry about the caps lock.

Anyway, to answer the first question, its going to take a really long time to get through your thick skull. Try meeting us half way.

Enjoy your Prop 8 victory while you can. You may have won that, but you lost the election :)

Curiously, quite a number of the Fundie Christians I have known have been chronically upset while many of the homosexuals I've know seemed well-adjusted and content.

And, don't be too arrogant over the success of Prop. 8. It passed by a very small margin.

And it's spelled "Flaunt," you ignorant prick.

The only thing Prop 8 shows us is just how corrupt, bigoted, and morally bankrupt the religious really are.

I can stand the stupidity. And even lying can be forgiven when one is too stupid to realize one is lying. But...

If you ever use my name in vain, again, I will have Jebus kill you and send you to Hell! You've been warned!! Don't make me punish you!!!

P.S. Prop 8 will either be thrown out by the California Supreme Court or, it will be voted down soon.

Prop 8 just showed that the Mormon and Catholic churches should lose their tax exempt status as they were the ones financing Prop 8 and lying as to what voting against it would mean.

And the laws allowing gay marriage in MY state say otherwise, bitch!

Obviously American homosexuals (or straight people for that matter) are welcome to come over here - mind you, given the choice I'd probably move to Spain or France purely for the weather. But on that note, isn't it a bit pathetic to openly admit that your country cannot and will not be able to deal with a certain group of people? There was a time people would move to America for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It's a sad state of affairs if you have to move away from there for the same reason now. :(

You know what? When I get out of high school, I WILL go to England, even though I don't want to marry another female. I'm tired of stupid people here.

I'll flant what I choose to flant.

It makes me quite happy...or is that not happiness?

Same-sex marriage is not legal in England. Civil partnerships are, but the same is still true in California (despite the passage of Prop 8), so there would be no point in moving. I'm not trying to flant it, I'm just right.

I agree that it's not something to be proud of but neither is heterosexuality. It's just your sexuality. Other than that this guy is an ass.
