1) Evolution was taught in every secular school this happened at. You don't see this happening at Christian schools where creation is being taught.
Evolution is taught (in a fairly basic form) in Science classes, as it is a scientific Theory. "Creation" is a myth, and should be taught as such (if it is taught at all). Religious matters should be kept either at home or at church.
2) The Ten commandments were removed from every secular school. You don't see this happening at Christian schools, where the Ten Commandments still hangs on the wall.
It's unconstitutional to hang your "Big Ten" up at secular schools, as they are (technically) government-run, and displaying said religious material would constitute the promotion of Christianity over other religions. I'll even dumb this down: BECAUSE IT'S ILLEGAL.
I do believe I'll need a [CITATION] on your "this [violence] doesn't happen at Christian schools" line.
3) There is no moral values about right and wrong being taught at the schools. Christain schools are based on this teaching.
School rules tend to be *very* particular, and *very* clear on "right" and "wrong". It's wrong to hit, push, or verbally harass another student. It's wrong to take a ball without asking if another student is done with it. It's wrong to knock the little guy down and take his stuff. School rules, as a whole, cover *more* moral ground than your "Bible".
Christian schools, however, are based on FEAR. FEAR of GOD'S WRATH. FEAR of being IMPERFECT. FEAR of AUTHORITY FIGURES. Most "discipline" borders on abuse (at best), and delves into corporal punishment (at worst). They teach ignorance, bigotry, and hate.
Maybe it's me, but, I don't find bigotry, ignorance, and hate to be very... moral.
4) Secular schools have books on cults available in their libarary to any student that wants to read it. Christian schools don't have this option.
I don't remember any books on "cults" available in *my* school libraries. Lies and censorship are *NOT* valid educational tools, and secular schools require that students be able to read, analyze, and support/refute ideas/concepts/opinions that they may agree/disagree with. Secular schools teach CRITICAL THINKING and REASONING SKILLS.
