Rollin, this is just society putting the wrong thinking in the women of today, which I feel again, they should be respected in everyway, but sometimes in my judgement, women ignore the normal biological differences between themselves and men in general.
I feel that young ladies should be honored but some jobs, they were not meant to do, and now society brainwash them in this thinking to be equal with men , they have to do the same things as men, and equal doesn't mean the same.

And the rest of the differences, none of which I can see as being important in any way to one's functioning in any given role in society.

What do biological differences have to do with anything? If I can meet the lifting requirements for a job, why does it matter if I'm a girl? If I'm smart enough to get the education in the field of my choice and get a job in it, what does it matter if I'm a girl?
Besides that, we aren't brainwashed to think we have to do the same things as men. We're allowed to think that -if we want to- we -can- do the same things as men. Some people try to force the issue and it doesn't work (many girls really aren't interested in "doing the same thing as men") And "separate but equal" is inherently unequal, no matter what group you're trying to apply it to.
Many of the fairer sex I know, or even just know of, are in my estimation superior to many men i know or know about. What are you, some sort of donut?
The fact that, on average, there are differences in the psychological and physical makeup of the sexes beyond the obvious is not a reason to legislate or otherwise enforce this difference.
Some women are better at lifting heavy things than I am, and I'm probably better at multitasking than some women are. For example. If you're qualified in whatever way to do the job, gender should not act as any kind of barrier to that job.

It sounds like "Gr8tgary" has a problem with that vast majority of women who are superior to him in every significant way.

But that's really it. If a woman can meet the minimum requirements for a job then she is in. I prefer not to have "reduced requirements" for certain jobs as certain feminists have asked for.
