And also God made you fertile and you should not change that intricate part of your body with a chemical [contraceptive]. Surly even as a atheist you would agree that if the ball of cells splitting and splitting with you having no part to play in ended up the way it did, who are you to mess with the gods of science that lye in your body.

I don't believe in gods of science, and I'm not sure what they have to do with soap products or my body.
My brain is part of my body too, and I use it to control the other parts. You should try it sometime.
"Surly even as a atheist... who are you to mess with the gods of science"
WHAT?
Like most fundies, I think you have some misconceptions about atheism, aka the LACK of BELIEF IN ANY GOD.
Gods of science? Ugh... >_<

Evolution made me fertile but it costs over $400,000 to raise a child to the age of 18. And that’s not counting any college. So there’s a limit to how many kids i want to bring into this world. I love kids, but each one is going to take away from what i can offer the others.
So, we tried to be in control. Used rubbers, the Pill, a vasectomy, and a hysterectomy. It’s intricate, sure, but it’s not sacred.

I haven’t got any lye in my body.
I don’t know of any gods in my body.
Science is a naturalistic collection of knowledge, and a process for gathering that knowlege. ‘Gods’ are not part of naturalistic knowledge.
I will mess with my body any time i want, to make it match the life I want to live.
Like, the gall bladder died, i had surgery to remove it.
My eyes bleed, i get shots to control that.
I can’t process sugar, I take insulin to control that.
I am near sighted, i wear glasses to fix that.
I take vaccines, I use cough syrup, two kinds of insulin, had two cataract surgeries, and currently wear a walking cast because my Achilles Tendon stops an inch before my heel. I use a LOT of science to make my body work, it’d be pretty fucking weird if i held my reproductive system as something scientifically sacred, wouldn’t it?
Confused?
