Then why didn't you? You're supposed to be defending your position and frankly, the fact that you failed to include your sources tells me that you're talking through your hat.
One last point from a historical perspective the concept of an old earth was the creation of evolutionists.
...and the paleontologists, the molecular biologists, the archeologists, the cosmologists (old universe theory supports an old Earth theory), the particle physicists, the astronomers, the geologists, the vulcanologists...
Gosh, it's almost as if anyone with an open mind can find scads of proof for an old Earth. What's wrong with Creationists that they can't pin down this incredibly simple conclusion? Oh right..."faith"...
