The Bill of Rights is not in any way a claim of the government to prohibit certain forms of thought, but rather a list of rights of the citizens that the government cannot interfere with. To teach a certain religion as fact or to require school led prayer in the US school system is a disgrace to the very idea of democracy and freedom.
