It's a common misconception that fascism belongs on the right of the political spectrum. On the far left you have total government control, while the far right is zero government. Fascism is basically socialism with a free market. The more a government grows in size, the more it shifts towards the left.
Libertarians, anarchists, and conservatives are on the right of the political spectrum, and they all advocate for smaller government. So how is fascism a right-wing ideology?
Theocracy, corpocracy, and fascism all seek dominance over the populace. Their place on the political spectrum is left. Even though the fundamental differences in ideology between communism and corpocracy are enormous; their common goal, which is to say total dominance over the populace, is what ties them together on the left.
Liberals, progressives, and moderate conservatives (that's me) are centrists. Communists, fascists, and theocrats are on the left. And finally, anarchists, neo-conservatives, and libertarians are on the right.
