[A Muslim family was removed from their flight and questioned by the FBI after one of them commented that they were "near the engines" of the plane]

Muslims are notorious for their terrorism, so why is it a surprise that someone is edgy when they see them getting on their flight with odd comments. It was almost like the Muslims were trying to get a reaction by making these comments so everyone could hear them. Then they could complain about those reacting.

"Muslims are notorious for their terrorism"

As are the Irish, the "Lord's resistance army," Shining Path and the American revolutionaries.

Since I never really commented on any of the other posts like these... this is my first.

A) Did you even consider that they maybe liked the idea of seeing the wings and engines of the plane? I think planes are cool and I like sitting in that area.

B) Opposite to that, maybe they said that out of disappointment, not EVERYONE likes to sit by the engines... some people think they are noisy.

In conclusion, go fuck yourself. You don’t know the context of the statement and you are being an ass by assuming that Muslim’s are all terrorists.

...Muslims are notorious for their terrorism,

- What a sweeping generalisation. It would probably be less of a generalisation to say that Christians are notorious for their bigotry.

- Bwaides, isn't there a princlple in law that presumes one to be innocent of any crime unles and until the crime is proved in a court of law? Are you now proposing that the law should be overturned and a Christian form of Jihaist rule be installed in its place?

I am sure when a fundie like one of the Rapture Retard hears a brown skinned man with a "foreign" accent say, "we are near the engines" what they actually hear probably goes along the lines of:

"Praise Allah! Our proximity to the engines will embolden our Jihadistic mission to savagely murder these white christians and send them all to hell in a victory in our Holy War! LOL! The Koran > teh Bible!"

Rapture Retards suck.

So how did anyone know these people were Muslim to begin with?

1/16/2009 9:31:52 PM

a mind far far away

Biased against Muslims, huh? Fine, then evertime I see someone wearing a cross, I'm going to point and laugh. Everytime I see one of those stupid jeebus fishes on a car, I'm going to honk and flip them off. And the moment one of them says something, I'm going to sue for harassment. Does this sound fair? I didn't think so, so stop harassing innocent people. Fucker.

This guy reminds me of a story I heard about a white woman who got on an elevator already occupied by two large black men. When the door didn't close, one of them said to her "hit the floor, lady". She dropped to the floor and screamed "please, here, take my purse - just don't hurt me!" One of them just shook his head and said patiently, like talking to a five year old, "no, no, lady, hit the button for your floor".

I was once on an airplane with my grandmother, and I said "Hey, I can see the wing from my seat!" I'm surprised they didn't kill me.

If RR folks couldn't pass judgment they'd have nothing at all to do.

...And if it were a Christian family getting kicked out for saying they were seated near the engines, your view would be radically different.

Yeah, terrorists are really notorious for calling attention to themselves by pointing out the targets of their terrorism. It's how Bush catches 'em all, doncha know?

It is depressing to think that the Founding Fathers failed to codify the separation of ignorance and stupidity. Logicon cannot be condemned for being both.
