There is a decent argument (not from this guy, of course) that parts of the Bill of Rights are badly out of date - for example, the second amendment, which was written when a well-trained soldier needed 15 seconds to fire two shots out of a gun. But this guy's arguments about free speech are completely off. The founding fathers meant to give freedom to [i[all[/i] speech, unless it was hateful or threatening.

Why are liberals opposed to censorship on public property? The government doesn't force people to view porn, it just gives them the option of doing so. If neither porn nor religion should be on public property at all, then library computers would have to censor all references to religion as well.
