I absolutely agree. Radical, fundamentalist philosophies in general can be dangerous.
we should put up stipulations whether it is taking lives of non muslims and making women wear tents and also whether or not it effects the lives and freedoms of women and children.
I'm sorry, you're not too clear here. I think from what you are saying is that you want to prevent radical Muslims from killing people and abusing women. That too, I can agree with.

I promise you, our Founding Fathers were very well educated, and were well aware that there were different beliefs out there, including Islam. This is why there are two very important ideas enshrined in our Constitution. One is in the First Amendment, and the other is in Article VI.

Well, given that there probably weren't many (if any) Muslims in the colonies at the time, it's possible that they didn't have Islam specifically in mind when they put in Article VI and the First Amendment. However, as I said before, they did know about Islam.
By the way, please learn how to capitalize words that need to be capitalized. Also, learn proper spacing (ie, two spaces after a period), as well as punctuation (you could have used a comma or three). I generally try to correct individual errors, but your post had way too many.
