How can you say this when it is impossible to 'observe' time slowing down in relation to acceleration as velocity approches C? There IS no 'observed evidence' to cooroborate Einstein's theory, just speculation and mathematical equations.

GPS has to take it into account to keep the time correct. Once the time is off, you're hundreds of miles from your actual location. Just like the old sextant- accurate time is essential.
