If God didn't exist it wouldn't be such a struggle for you, would it. Everyone would be atheists. We're not.
If a good god exists there would be only one religion, and it would be a unifying one. Any holy scriptures such a religion would have, would reveal profound mysteries of the universe and truly great morality, and guide all mankind in peace and teach us how to live in harmony with the rest of the universe. Christianity and all other religions fail on all accounts.
