Kay, it is never right to murder. Your scenario is situational ethics. Women have more options these days: places to go and people who will adopt that baby.
Most "scenarios" presented are tear-jerking sob stories that represent the minority of abortion cases. The majority of women who abort do so for convenience's sake.

They employ violence, hyperbole, the deliberate misuse of language, and the constant demonizing of those who disagree with them. And this one's tender feelings are hurt by what she deems "sob stories."
Kay, it is never right to murder.
Except when it is, then it's death to the ragheads.
The majority of women who abort do so for convenience's sake.
The majority of fundies who post on the web do so for ego's sake.
"Kay, it is never right to murder"
Unless it is in a holy battle, like the crusades and witch burning times or war on Iraq or anti-faggotry instances in America today, not to mention the few hundred thousand deaths mentioned in your own bible.
Not defending murder here at all. Just don't try and make a point through hypocrisy.
You fundies are so ass backwards on this issue. The adoption system is already so overcrowded with children it's not even funny. And you want to flood it with even more kids? The country is overpopulated, economy is shit, people are losing jobs left and right, fewer people are gonna want to adopt any time soon. And lets not forget that you assholes voted to keep homosexuals from adopting, thus keeping EVEN MORE kids in the shitty system. You fail epically.

I think you should probably get your story straight with this guy:
"Is it absolutely immoral to hack a six month old baby to death with a sword?" (referring to genocides in the Bible")
why? what's wrong with that?
Who says it's wrong?
Kay, it is never right to murder
Says a baptist, who would probably kill a methodist given half the chance, for being too moderate and ritualistic.
Your scenario is situational ethics
Since when do fundies believe in situational ethics? I thought all you fuckers believed in an absolute moral code. Or do you employ it when it is convenient for you?
Most "scenarios" presented are tear-jerking sob stories
Fundy xtians have no right to demean emotionalism when they oftentimes resort to it to try and convert people to their cult.
that represent the minority of abortion cases. The majority of women who abort do so for convenience's sake
I must admit ignorance and say that I don't know any numbers on the issue, but I'm willing to bet that it's the other way around.
Wait one second, you believe that ethics is based off of a book that tells us that a talking serpent screwed everything up, and you have to appease the walking on water magic man to make things better..
... and you have the nerve to say she is following situational ethics?!?!
"Women have more options these days: places to go and people who will adopt that baby."
Nope. "Give birth" and "give birth" are actually the same option. Adoption ends unwanted parenthood, but without safe, legal abortion women are still FORCED to go through with pregnancy.
Additionally, any time I see a fundy pull the "convenience" bullshit I link them to this lovely little list of all the possibly physical "inconveniences" that can and do occur during pregnancy:

Yeah, just look at all those empty orphanages.

You do Jehovah a disservice: the headcount is 2,301,417 and that's just the ones enumerated, not including the Flood, the Death of the Firstborn etc.

But only if it's adorable, healthy, newborn, and above all; WHITE.
"The majority of women who abort do so for convenience's sake."
Or, they do it because they know what's best for them and aren't that hot on being pressured to sacrifice everything for the unborrrn cheeldrun while being treated like an idiot.
"Most "scenarios" presented are tear-jerking sob stories"
Why did you kill me, Mawmeeeee? When Gawd made me speshull for youuuuuuuuuuuu?
Kay, it is never right to murder
Except when the person is a heathen.
Your scenario is situational ethics.
Do you even know what that is?
Women have more options these days: places to go and people who will adopt that baby.
Which is why the adoption rate is so high. In fact, your dumb ass is actually keeping the adoption rate down by barring gays from adopting.
Most "scenarios" presented are tear-jerking sob stories that represent the minority of abortion cases.
"It hurt when you killed me, mommy. But it's ok because I'm in the clouds with Jeezus now and he says you're a very bad mommy and you'll burn."
The majority of women who abort do so for convenience's sake.
Yes, the convenience of not going through the extremely painful and possibly harmful process of child birth and the convenience of not putting another kid in the shitty foster care system so they can grow up wondering why their real mom hated them so much that she wanted to give them away.
Well, what part of this quote isn't true?
Even if you believe a woman getting an abortion for convenience isn't bad, you still have to admit that's the highest percentage of abortions.

^^^ Says who exactly?
Or, in a language that might be better understood: Citation needed!
I don't have to admit a fucking thing, either.
"Kay, it is never right to murder. Your scenario is situational ethics."
You mean "...unless god tells you to", then it's perfectly fine? Can't abort the baby, but murdering the doctors and nurses that work at the clinic is perfectly fine? Screw that "thou shalt not kill" thing, right? Especially when you're murdering "doing god's work", right?
Nothing situational there, nope, not at all...
Confused?
