Has Obama been arrested for treason yet?
His first day in office he released all our prisoners of war and declared the harming of our enemy, Islam, a crime.

Islam is not the enemy, stupidity is the enemy. Especially, you, ADRIAN!
I don't know if that's really your name, but it was worth it if it was.
"Has Obama been arrested for treason yet?"
.....Yes, it's been all over the news....what, have you been living under a rock?!...
"His first day in office he released all our prisoners of war"
Closing Guantanamo Bay =/= Releasing all prisoners
Didn't Obama say that the prisoners in Gitmo were going to be transfered into prisons in the US, were they would testify before a court.
More accurately, why wasn't George Bush arrested for treason for disregarding the constitutional rights these people have to both a fair trail and their rights against cruel and unusual punishment?
What prisoners of war? The whole Gitmo thing was that they were neither prisoners of war subject to the Geneva Conventions nor suspected (or actual) criminals subject to the Constitution.
What Obama has done is declared them to be suspected criminals, to be put on trial for thier crimes, and then treated appropriately. Since that is proper under the Constitution, he hasn't committed treason.
Two of your allies are the seat of Islam and Pakistan.
India is also an ally with literally more muslims than the population of the USA...
Your some sort of moron aren't you?
Ironic name, there. Either you're curious about this, or, as your name suggests, you don't really care.
THEY WERE NOT PRISONERS OF WAR!!!!!!!
FFS, that's what this whole mess is about, after all. If the U.S. had treated them as POW's, they wouldn't have to release them without trial now, as may be likely with some of them since all evidence against them will be inadmissible in court.
No, your enemy is the fundemental side of Islam, ironic as it is that you are a fundamental of your religion.
Harming our enemy is different then torturing our enemy for no purpose and pissing our allies off at us...
Oh wait, i'll bet you're one of those "America can do it all by ourselves" tripe swilling pigs, aren't you?
As for treason, your bible says you're committing it by not blindly obeying your leader
Islam may be one's personal enemy, but that doesn't make it an enemy of the state. The idea of an entire religion as an "enemy of the state" is concocted by governments that use fear as a weapon to keep their constituents in line. The enemies of the U.S. are oppression, violence, and terror, not Muslims.
Also, what has Obama done that is anything remotely like "declaring the harming of Islam a crime"? That would be unconstitutional--and unconstitutionality, come to think of it, is the very reason he closed Guantanamo . (Oh, snap. Things make sense when you read the Constitution.)
Islam as a whole is nobody's enemy, Fundamentalist Islam is bad, for the same reason that fundamentalist Christianity is bad, because fundamentalism cannot accept the existence of people who disagree with it.
And there is no evidence that most of those people did anything wrong other then being soldiers and following orders. They need to be given proper trials. They will not be released until they have been found innocent of any actual wrongdoing by a proper trial.

Islam is the enemy. According to the Koran we atheists have either to convert to Islam or die. We are harbis, citizens of dar ul harb (the house of war) in oposite to dar ul Islam. Under Islam only the people of the book aka Jews and Christians (in some places extended to Zoroastrians) can be dhimmies, all others have to die if they don't want to convert.
Comparing Islam to Christianity is a crappy tu quoque, as nowhere in the bible there is an order for the whole world to be conquered(!) to Judaism/Christianity and unblievers have to die. Unlike Islam.
Has Bush been arrested for treason yet?
He allowed 9-11 to happen, then left bin Laden alone while he spent 700 billion of Americas money invading a random country. When people objected he tapped everyones phones and read everyones email without a warrent and printed the names of CIA spies in the newspaper.
No, see, that was the Obama in the Bizarro Universe. Here in the real universe, Obama set in motion the closing down of the unconstitutional concentration camp established by Bush & Co., and the other thing occurred only in your fetid imagination.
Confused?
