We give them rights based on the fact that they are human beings and citizens of the United States of America. You might take note that those are the exact same reasons you have rights here, not because you are a stuck up Christian.
The moment you can prove that homosexuals infringe upon your rights or the rights of others through their proclivities or that they have somehow ceased to be human, I will support your crazy cause wholeheartedly. I'm not holding my breath.
I agree that gays should not be given "a civil rights", primarily because I can't for the life of me understand how ANYONE can be given "a civil rights". Maybe when they bleat about "special rights" they're referring to the evil homos' quest to achieve plural and singular status simultaneously. That's not what the James Madisons intended when he wrote a constitutions.

I can understand your frustration for how the radical homosexual community is acting, but to compare all homosexuals to child molesters and rapists is way over the line. We have many people who visit this board and I for one would be totally turned off at how someone could make such a 'Christian' remark. It was a horrible thing to say...not all people in that lifestyle should be compared to rapists and child molesters!
We are ALL sinners who need Jesus. Yes, the lifestyle is against God, but there may be some homosexuals here seeking truth...seeking God. Don't turn people away by your comments. Everyone should remember to love the sinner while hating the sin. There was no love in your comment.
