He's not saved, otherwise he would not be so bold as to say he speaks for God. He may THINK he's saved, but he most definitely is not. I imagine he will probably respond that he is saved and then accuse anyone who presses him on it of not knowing the nature of salvation. Satan has ahold of this one.

Wow. This reminds me. By your own bible, Jesus is false prophet. I don't really remember all the names and numbers (probably deuteronomy) but rules go somewhat like this: If someone says he speaks in god's name, he's false prophet and should be stoned. If someone says (s)he could see the future, (s)he's a witch and should be stoned, no matter if the prediction shows to be true or false (two rules, sort of like "no win" clause. You predict correctly, burn satan follower. You predict wrong, burn false prophet. Hint: don't predict if you want to stay alive, dude!).
The magic mantra of Fundism also known as the born again shit. They think they can do terrible shit, claim they're sorry and with Christ now and that wipes the slate clean. Ah, but not quite, because if you haven't been saved, they are better than you.
