And King Solomon had how many wives? 800? 1,200? Lot, one of God's favorites, offered up his own daughters to a mob. Not to mention that you get to keep the women when you kill off your male enemies. They regret each other, not the lawsuit, you dickhole. And I'm sure that as they fought and cried and negotiated, the words "failed social experiment" didn't come up even once.
Traditional marriage? What is "traditional" marriage? The wife is the property of the man. Same race marriage. The bride has to give her future parent in laws a dowry. Men can have many wives. Or, most likely, your utopian 1950's nuclear family that never existed except for in shows. Yeah, I'll go with the last one.
Fine, I will revise my beliefs: gays and lesbians should have the right to get married and then, if they so choose, divorced.
