I'm a Christian, and even I know that number is insane, but leave it to science to brainwash the masses using "data" and "carbon dating". You can't tell how old a rock is without reading the Bible. We know from the Bible that the world is about 6,000 years old.

There's a big difference between a trillion, a billion and a million. You do mean 65 million, I take it. You are showing how stupid you are, regardless. Get your facts right before you spout aloud.

The Earth is 4.54 billion years old. Other types of radiometric dating are used for samples more than @50,000, not "carbon dating". The oldest fossils, of single celled organisms, are close to 3 billion years old. Dinosaurs appeared @250 million years ago and went extinct @65 million years ago. Dinosaur fossils were known to ancient Man. Chinese dragons are one of the most famous examples.
As for the Earth being older than the Buy-bull claims: There are trees older than 6,000 years. If one matches rings to older trees? One can count back more than 20,000 years in unbroken succession. If one counts layers in ice cores? One can account for a World, at least, 800,000 years old. If one counts annual flood deposits? One can come up with hundreds of millions of years. So, you see, one needn't rely on controversial dating methods for an ancient Earth. All one needs to do is count.

Even the universe is not anywhere near 65 trillion years old you numpty. Dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago. The Earth, the sun, and the rest of the solar system is about 4.5 billion years old. The universe is 13.7 billion years old.

Wow. If you're going to rant, you should at least use the correct number. Exaggerating like that just makes you sound moronic/childish (as does the use of "fart-breath").
Carbon dating only works to about 50k years, we're not trying to convince anyone of the dinosaur extinction using that.
Common sense has little place in the practice of science. Common sense can be misleading. It's common sense to run from a mountain lion, but that will get you killed. It's counterintuitive to stand your ground and look it in the eyes, but that's likely to save your life. And science can explain why: running triggers cats' chase instinct, they'll also attempt to catch the animal that is spending the least time looking around because they have the element of surprise. Standing your ground discourages them because they'll risk injury if they take you on and most injuries to a solitary hunter are fatal.
And it's quite arrogant to assume that all Christians are just like you and believe just like you do when we have plenty of documented evidence they don't.

@Zoo: Exactly. Though this is a clear Poe, I do see the argument from common sense applied a lot by pseudoscientists of all kinds, not just creationists. Common sense is basic human instinct that tells you not to stick your hand in a fire or walk out in front of heavy traffic; by definition it's not suited to complex reasoning.
