Q:explain to me, how can there be light, day, morning etc (during the first 3 days), if there was no sun in the first place?

The Genesis account of creation is God's way of revealing the Truth in a way understandable to the limited mind of man. We understand day and night as one day, so God used this to show us the sequence of His creation.

The first thing He created is Light. Light is energy. The sun is only the bearer of energy not the energy itself. He created energy first and created the sun and stars later to carry this energy.

A bulb will not light up without energy or electiricity. The bulb is just a carrier of energy. Without energy a bulb will not glow or lighten up.

The sun will not light up without energy. So energy must be created first.
