Quote# 58909

[Austin Cline, About.com's atheism guide, suggested that if the Gideons are allowed to distribute Bibles in public schools, other groups should distribute their literature--including the Communist Manifesto.]

Communist Manifesto schools do distribute this stuff.most of the schools do push socialist agendas to children. public schools are indoctrination centers. they have been doing this for many many years. They don’t give A child A chance to choose for them self if they want to believe in evolution or creationism. it’s required that they have to sit in A class room and listen to this stuff. But they are not given A choice to go to A creationist class. There is no choice. Just like A socialist you believe in what I tell you or you wont graduate. it’s not fair school are just big socialist camp grounds. No choice for you, we chose what you will believe in. its sickening!!

Usual gibberish. What's with the A's?

OK, this is a lie and bat-shit insane, but what really has aroused my curiosity is the upper-case article "A" throughout. (cf. sentences starting with lower case.) What's up with that?

Apparently, your school never distributed books about grammar.

You know all about the evils of socialism, yet nothing about grammar and punctuation. Your spelling is passable, but you suck at everything else. And you're a fucking moron, as well. You obviously were not hoam-skuld, so the "indoctrination centers" worked.

Imagine that.

Great idea let's allow students to chose creationist courses. After all there will always be a need for food service workers.

You don't "chose" what the truth is. It's that simple: your book is bullshit, science has the key.

That's it. Grow up or die. /religulous

What's a creationism class? Where you learn how to be a dork? Anyway, there's no point because there is no god and the bible contains errors and is inconsistent.

"Communist Manifesto schools" Methinks someone has no idea what the Communist Manifesto is. And lemme clue you in DotDouche; no one chooses what someone else believes in, your beliefs are your own, but you DO have to pass a standardized test. Though even with the dumbing down of the public school system, I suspect you never managed such.

They don’t give A child A chance to choose for them self if they want to believe in evolution or creationism.

That's because school is not a place for worship. It's a place to learn. You want your kid to learn creationism? Teach him yourself. It is not the school's place to teach your kid religion, too...nor is it even legal to do so.

"Children don't get to choose whether they want to believe in a round Earth or a flat Earth. It’s required that they sit in the class room and learn the unproven round Earth theory."

Different bullshit, same smell.

Incidentally, I did read the communist manifesto as part of my 9th grade history class; we were learning about the Russian revolution at the time.

If your really so concerned with teaching your children the fundamentals of creationism, why don't you just take them to church? Bad fundie, not even following your own rules. This furthers my theory that the person writing, isn't really a christian at all, but BARRACK OBAMA'S hideous brainwashing ploy! All of the capitalized 'A's' are obviously to implant Atheist ideas in the fundie masses. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Oh wait, I mean yes.

"Communist Manifesto schools do distribute this stuff.most of the schools do push socialist agendas to children.
How? Care to follow that statement up with evidence or a coherent thought?

"public schools are indoctrination centers."
Teaching factual information such as science, history, math, etc. isn't indoctrination.

"They don’t give A child A chance to choose for them self if they want to believe in evolution or creationism."
That's because the Supreme Court stated quite clearly in Edwards v. Aguillard (1987) that the teaching of Creationism violates the Constitution's Establishment Clause. Furthermore, Creationism isn't science, and evolution is a scientific fact. That's like bitching about schools not letting children decide whether or not they believe the stork brings offspring to parents or they're produced via human reproduction.

"it’s required that they have to sit in A class room and listen to this stuff."
Yes, very good. Science is taught in science class. You're starting to understand.

"But they are not given A choice to go to A creationist class."
Again, see Edwards v. Aguillard and Kitzmiller v. Dover (which was actually decided by a Republican, Bush-appointed Judge). Furthermore, it sounds as though you'd benefit from an English class; you don't capitalize the "a" in a sentence in that fashion.

"Just like A socialist you believe in what I tell you or you wont graduate."
What does that have to do with socialism? Sounds like you don't know what socialism is. Also, science doesn't make the demands you claim it does--religion forces one to believe something against one's will.

"it’s not fair school are just big socialist camp grounds."
Not socialist. You don't know the definition.

"No choice for you, we chose what you will believe in. its sickening!!"
No one can choose what you truly believe, but the school board determines what will be taught and how. Only the relevent facts and information is taught, hence, no Creationism in school.

I think the A is capitalized to underline the point that freemasons designed the English alphabet and the A represents a compass. Just a guess..

I really hope this person doesn't think you should treat the letter "a" like "i" in a sentence.
