the joke in all of this is that a majority of "gays" don't want to marry...the ones who want to marry are generally the gays who have failed at marriage once, usually becoming a parent in the process, and are trying to recreate the "illusion" of marriage while ignoring the function...

a majority of the "non-confused" homosexuals want to live a lifestyle of unrestricted sexual experimentation with as many partners as possible...these aren't the "nice" homosexuals you meet in salt lake city...these are more the sex on parade castro street types...

the problem is that once the rest of society hands them the legal club to beat up on all the institutions that assist in the normal development and maturation of children (schools, gov't, churches, scouting, little league, etc) you can't re-padlock the door...the agenda is about tearing down a society based on religious principles and replacing it with secular ideas that worships pleasure and instant gratification instead of long-term growth and stability...

Yes, what people do one day out of the year determines what they do the other 364. Many straight people go nuts on Spring Break, or what have you, and come back to reality, and act like any other sane civil person...

No, it's about a religious institution jealously scraping and scratching to gather whatever it can, and hoarding it jealously. Anything or anyone that tells you that you have to share is met with rabid kicking and screaming. The only time you even feign an interest in the children is as a talking point...something to stir up emotion in the masses. Otherwise, you seem unable to care less. You ignore the fact that several homosexuals are ALREADY raising healthy, well adjusted children. You ignore that there are several homosexual couples closing in on, or even exceeding 50 years together...and this is in spite of hardships you couldn't even comprehend. You ignore that we love just like you do, falter just like you do, and are, indeed, human. Just like you. But acknowledging any of that, you have to see us as something more than the caricature boogyman you guys like to brandish to scare your flock.
