Beauty is subjective to human beings. It is only beautiful because, for some reason, our minds evolved to find such things beautiful. Also, if you add up a lot of small changes over time, one can get something seemingly complex (such as evolution), and this doesn't require any kind of intelligent designer in order to take place. Therefore it really doesn't make sense to use an argument from beauty and complexity to prove God's existence. Plus, if God make babies and flowers then he also created all sorts of ugly things in the world too, so we have a problem. :P
