"We make ourselves mentally vulnerable to disease"
When you're in hospital next time, and you catch MRSA, let's see you cure that with prayer.
Or merely using 'Faith' to try and move the goalposts again because you know the fact that the Common Cold virus's constant mutation conclusively proves Evolution? (otherwise it would've become extinct when people became immune to the original strain), and are in denial (because it would shatter your precious belief in literal Creationism)
And I notice no faith healer has been able to regenerate an amputated limb yet. Care to explain that?
Anyway, to quote the song (by Monty Python's Eric Idle):
All things dull and ugly,
All creatures short and squat,
All things rude and nasty,
The Lord God made the lot.
Each little snake that poisons,
Each little wasp that stings,
He made their brutish venom.
He made their horrid wings.
All things sick and cancerous,
All evil great and small,
All things foul and dangerous,
The Lord God made them all.
Each nasty little hornet,
Each beastly little squid--
Who made the spikey urchin?
Who made the sharks? He did!
All things scabbed and ulcerous,
All pox both great and small,
Putrid, foul and gangrenous,
The Lord God made them all.
Amen.
