I think a "God hates fundies" website would be more accurate. I don't see god hating homosexuals, atheists, or Americans as much as he hates fundies. Fundies are the ones giving god a bad rap, and are the ones who make him look stupid and infantile.

Fred Phelps & co's brand of extreme fundyism is several levels above Calvinism: they believe only he & his 'family' will go to Heaven. So, I hate to break this to you pal, but because you're not a True Christian™ by their exacting standards, as far as they're concerned God Hates God's Warrior - thus from their point of view, you're going to HELL!

Dave Allen FTW. His BBC TV series "... At Large" in the 70s was one of the main contributory factors in my becoming an Atheist. If his programmes haven't been shown in America, that wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. The way he'd savagely satirise religion, especially Christianity - Roman Catholicism above all, would've made US fundies have aneurysms. He was comedy's Richard Dawkins.

You know, I wouldn't mind a "God Hates Atheists" website so much as the "God Hate Fags" one. Because, I don't know, we have at least some choice in what believe in, at least to a certain degree.
And if God hates atheists, you know, most atheists don't believe in God, so really, a lot of us wouldn't care. And "Atheist" isn't really a derogaroty slur of an insult the way "fag" is.
In any case, your God of Love does seem to do a rather lot of hating for a God of, well, love.
By the way kids, remember God Hates Fags . . . so don't smoke! (Sorry, sorry, just couldn't resist.)
