Ok, firstly, world population is on the increase just about everywhere other than the former Soviet Bloc, at an average rate of 1.19% annually. That's about 200,000 more people born than die every. single. day. That's a small city.
Secondly, the population of the European Union, is actually growing, albeit slowly (around 1500 more people every day), although it's true that Russia and Japan's combined population of 250,000,000 people is very slowly declining (at a rate of less than half a percent annually).
Thirdly, every highly developed economy in the world has a relatively low population growth rate.Every single member of the G8 has a growth rate below the world average.
Fourthly, China's one child policy has kept their growth rate are around 0.63% per annum, below the world average, but this hasn't prevented China being the world's fastest growing economy.
Fifthly, immigration sustains the growth rate of many Islamic countries, e.g. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE etc.
Finally, countries with a very high growth rate have devastatingly impoverished economies for the most part- including Uganda, the DRC, Liberia and Eritrea.
p.s. Given that conservatives despise state benefits for child support, I hope you can afford to care for your family without relying on them.
