Real fact: Brazil has one of the best AIDS prevention programs in the world, including free condoms to prostitutes and free AZT for sick ones. Bush offered money for the Brazilian program, but my government refused... He wanted the prostitutes out of the program !!! By the way... Helping Africa ? Naaaaa...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't one part of the fight against AIDS, a comprehensive sexual education, which includes contraceptives, which reduce the risk of pregnancies as well as the risk for STDs? It's a classic case of killing two birds with one stone, Gerbil.

These problems centre directly over Catholic dominated parts of Africa where birth control and condoms, both which would offset these issues is religiously restricted. Killing "witches" is in practice though, isn't it.
All of Africa doesn't have these issues by the way, much of the population increase is in the more stable areas.
