Quote# 6088

... scientists see that the Universe appears to be designed, but rather than face the possibility of 'supernatural intervention' as one reasonable explanation, they will spend time and energy thinking up other possibilities specifically so that they can deny the supernatural model. Occam's razor needs to be applied perhaps.

Sorry, man, (no, actually not) but Occam's razor denies unneccesary entities such as a supernatural designer!

The Rationater! :U

Besides, the universe is a random chaotic mess of energy and mass. What kind of crazy-ass drunk designer would create this bloody crap?

Yeah, scientists totally spend all of their time attempting to cover up the existence of a magical 'designer' that is so blatantly obvious everywhere. *sarcasm*

This just in: About a day after Occam's razor was concieved:
The outcome of Occam's razor Is pointless, solves nothing and hasn't any validity. It is a contrived concept with the loosist perimeters possible.
Not God or no God but: ONE God or no God. No one has established A God let alone ONE particular one.

Since we have worshipped, and paid servitude to many Gods and sects in our history Occam's razor fails as a decent, thought out or resolvable question. Nowhere close to a solution of doubt. Nowhere close to even the obvious absolutes.

Occam's razor needs to be applied perhaps.

That's not how it works, put it down before you cut yourself, razors are not things children should be meddling with.

No, bringing in "supernatural intervention" just creates MORE questions.
What kind of supernatural intervention?
Where did it come from, and where did it go afterward?
Who created it?
Why and how did it intervene in our Universe?
