no, the generations have just not changed yet-when the people of my generation are in charge if we have that long! then you will see that james robison is right. Men have begun to utterly reject the bible so much that they will do the opposite out of spite...

People are evolving.
IT'S A GOOD THING.
Out with the dark ages, in with the enlightenment. I find it absolutely appalling that regressives are constantly fighting to make everyone stupider and more archaic, yet they don't even make the connection that they're doing so. Some examples:
Fuck the environment!
Children are smart enough to decide correctly when they're taught truth and lies that contradict one another.
GAY PEOPLE EXIST!! AHHHHHHHH!!!
My religion beats your religion, silly sand people!
Welfare? Healthcare? That's not very Christian!! But those Darwinists, they keep wanting to cull the underclassed. Fucking Nazis, they are.
Conspiracies are a valid way of viewing the world.
Scientists are of teh Devil! I won't trust one to hold an ice cream cone!
Corporations are nice, altruistic organizations that are more like charities than businesses. Why does everyone want to keep hurting SantaTM with nasty safety regulations??!
(1990) Rich people! :D (2011) "Job Creators!" :D Bring back feudalism! That'll set our economy straight!
The Constitution was written by evangelical theocrats who wanted Jesus to rule all aspects of American society. They didn't believe in taxes, kept slaves because of the benefits it did to negro families, and could also fly and shoot lasers.
We don't reject the Bible, rather we ignore it. As it's too boring to read, we don't really know what it says and will therefore not be able to do the opposite.
Many of the things I do know, I'll be happy to do the opposite of. Like not keeping slaves, not sending bears to maul impolite children, not stoning people for minor misdemeanors, eat seafood, cooking food or hoovering on the Sabbath (whichever day that is), be a bit envious of the neighbor's new conservatory, etc.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
