How many ways are there to develop wings and why did the dinosaurs develop wings, more food in the air like flying insects in other words why aren't we all flying if it was advantagous to the survival of the dinosaur or insects or bats why not for all of us?

Because biology =/= magic fucktard. Having the ability to fly has a cost, and wings on animals that are simply not physically capable of maintaining flight is a DISADVANTAGE. They're junk getting in the way. Seriously, do you think that ANY of the dinosaurs that didn't fly would have been capable of flight if the only change made to them was to toss wings on them? T-rex hovering in the air? Bronchiosaurus flying towards the sun, wailing at its enemies with neck? Triceratops flapping over treetops, goring the occasional pteradactyl for the lulz? Not everything can fly because evolution isn't a "get out of physics free" card.
Hominids tend to eat from the ground or from things stuck in the ground (trees and other plants). We, being hominids ourselves, do not need to fly, and for things we eat that do fly our brains ended up being able to figure out how to get them anyway. Not to mention that unlike in birds, hollow bones aren't normal in humans. Our bones are too dense to adapt wings anyway. Birds have hollow bones so they need smaller wingspans in proportion to their mass. Humans have evolved in a way that means wings just won't be happening.
Because gravity sucks, and to be light enough to fly, it requires an organism be very structurally fragile. Meaning that:
a.) While you might be flight capable, if anythign got ahold of you, you would be TOAST, and
b.) You very well might not be able to support your own weight outright.
Why do these people seem to think flying is just some creatures saying fuck you to gravity?
It takes a lot of energy to fly. That energy must be put in relation to what you gain. If it takes too much energy and the gain is too small, that trait will disappear.
Why aren't you using punctuation? Punctuation is advantageous in the understanding process.
The only way to develop wings is through a mutation. Keep in mind that mutations are pseudo-random, and do NOT occur at an individual creature's discretion, nor do they occur at times when such a mutation is convenient. If a mutation doesn't occur, then no offspring will have that trait. Thus, it is not surprising that only a few groups of species have wings--and most of them got their wings from their ancestors.
However, that is probably too complicated of a subject for an IDiot to understand.
Confused?
