Often the transfer happened the other way around hence we have Monetezuma's Revenge which did kill a lot of white people (Gallipoli is a good example) and diseases such as the Plague. Its just that the natives of Africa and Asia had contact with white people and waves of infection swept through all continents equally so they generally are robust to each other's diseases since the populations are much more homogenous than the New World's was.
