"The hateful emotion and blatant bigotry directed at those who believe in God's creation by those who cling to a worn-thin theory of Darwinism only reveal how weak their position is and how much even they sense this."
Yeah, yeah. Heard it all before.
"True security in belief does not result in irrational words and deeds, such as those posted here and elsewhere by folks outraged that someone would dare to disagree with them."
Belief has absolutely, completely and entirely nothing what-so-ever to do with evolution. You either accept that it describes a natural phenomenon in a reasonably accurate manner given the available evidence or you stick your fingers in your ears and bury your head in 3,000 year old mythology.
"Their "science" is actually a religion."
I'd like you to look up the definition of religion and tell me, point by point, how science fits such a definition.
"If they had any real science to talk about, why are they not posting that?"
Because it would be like describing quantum physics to a cockroach. You guys don't have the first fucking clue to even begin discussing it with you so we have to resort to "See Spot Run" type articles, which you still don't fucking understand.
"No one has adequately answered how the first protein formed out of inorganic matter - or how the inorganic matter originally emerged."
First of all, yes they have. It may not be adequate to you but, then again, you're not all that important nor are you qualified to make such comments. And that's not even mentioning that this doesn't have a damned thing to do with evolution.
Two, the origin of inorganic matter has fuck all to do with anything being discussed. This is biology we're talking about, not inorganic chemistry.
"Genuine scientific inquiry is shut down by the same people who attack Christians for believing the evidence of creation revealing the truth of God's Word."
Genuine scientific inquiry doesn't begin by assuming you have all of the answers already and then trying to find evidence to support it while ignoring the mountains of evidence that say you're full of shit.
"I wouldn't be moved a bit even if some alleged link were found."
If one were found? Where the hell have you been for the last 150 fucking years? Everything is a "transitional" form you jackass. They've been digging them out of the ground for thousands of years and cataloging them for almost 200.
"There were plenty of odd creatures destroyed in the Flood,"
The Flood never happened. If you think it did, prove it. Provide some evidence. It was Christian geologists who disproved the damned thing.
"which is referenced in ancient cultures around the world and by the oldest written communication: The Epic of Gilgamesh."
Gilgamesh isn't a "written communication", it's a poem. Oral folklore you nit, not a fucking letter to Aunt Martha.
And there's a very good reason most cultures have flood stories: water happens to be very important to human survival. Given that, people tended to live, get this, near fucking water. Lakes and rivers have a habit of flooding. Ever heard of the Nile? A few thousand years ago people didn't travel like they do now. To them, the entire world consisted of a few dozen square miles. If a major flood happened it would, indeed, appear that the entire world had "flooded".
