"I know many judges and lawyers will fight against Christian Ed in public schools but many judges and lwayers also fought against integration and supported racial segregation and slavery... It's a matter of freedom of speech, freedom of the press and freedom of religion in government and education."
I know just one judge who did more to fight for the cause of Atheist Ed in public schools in the US than even we Atheists could ever have done in decades of campaigning, lobbying, protesting etc.
I'm sure the honourable Judge John E. Jones III took into account the matter of freedom of speech, freedom of the press and freedom of religion in government and education when it came to his decision:

...not.
Sherman, set the Wayback Machine for 2000: when one George Dumbya Bush was elected by the likes of you, crawford. Now forward things a little to 2002, when the same George Dumbya Bush personally appointed one John E. Jones III to the Federal Bench. Finally to three years later, on that day in late 2005, in the above court case. Yes, that's right.
A Christian Conservative - like you, jo(a)n crawford - has fought for we Atheists.
It's a matter of freedom of speech, freedom of the press and freedom from religion in government and education.
Just ask the - obviously - expert in Constitutional Law, the Conservative Christian Judge John E. Jones III. Who you helped in his appointment, and therefore you are ultimately responsible for fighting against Christian Ed in public schools. >:D
