Quote# 6294

We cann't go the speed of light and might never be able to. Why would I care about the nearest star when I will not be here to see it? So I'm waiting to see it after death. Souls don't need air and food to live.

That's a nice attitude about exploration.

\"Why would I care about what's across the sea? I can't see it...I'll wait until I die.\"

You can't see stars?!

I can see the Andomeda Galaxy. That's 2 million light-years away, so, I'm seeing it as it was 2 million years ago. In a sense, it's going back in time. By your choosing ignorance, you're going back in time- to the 16th century.

Maybe jeebus or one of them types will bring them to you for Show&Tell ... wasn't he or Satan supposed to drop a third of the stars and scatter them around Earth? Isn't it part of the rapture? That's due any day now *snicker*
