Quote# 63354

The day's events began with a transgender Elvis and a parade. Attendees were given condoms and pro-homosexual material such as a bookmark for kids on how to get involved with several homosexual groups and "Transgender Rights Now" stickers. Then many children attended the prom that evening at City Hall.

"I remained in the building for an hour and a half and found the events inside disturbing, depraved and outright criminal," Max reported. "The line included kids wearing the rainbow regalia of the gay movement, teenage boys wearing dresses and high heels, hugging their 'boyfriends,' extremely young looking girls, not much older than 14 or 15, with 'Out and Proud' inscribed in rainbow letters on the front of their T-shirts."

Max continued, "On the flower pots and stairs leading up to the subway entrance, I saw dozens of kids aged 12-17 smoking cigarettes and making out with each other."

He said three middle-aged women with military haircuts shouted from megaphones at the more than 300 youth attendees in line for the event. They barked: "If we find you bringing alcohol, you're going home!"; "Don't have sex on the dance floor!" and "Are you ready to party?"

Just so criminal that you didn't call the cops, eh? Lying for jebus muchly doesn't usually work. Good job.

dreadreckoning

actually you stayed there for an hour and a half, it sounds like you *might* be gay, and probably also a pedophile.

Thinking Allowed

Aside from underage smoking (which considering the source of the article is highly unlikely), no laws were broken.

6/19/2009 8:45:45 PM

"If we find you bringing alcohol, you're going home!"

Those damn homosexuals, making sure there aren't any underaged drinking. Damn them all...

It's kind of fun to make a game out of these. You pick it apart, and find out what is factual, and what is lying for jesus.

Oh sure, you almost never find anything with any truth to it, but that's the challenge, it's like playing Russian Roulette with five bullets.

that's the tamest gay party I've ever heard of. if that's disturbing, depraved, and criminal then I really want to see his reaction to the rocky horror picture show live, a gay strip club, and actual gay sex. I can picture him now... what an image.

might not react like I'm thinking though. really, doesn't sound like the worst time of your life if you found something to do for an hour and a half.

OMFG "no alcohol" and "no sex"?! I thought that was all part of the gay agenda - to intoxicate young kids so that they can have sex with them and turn them homosexual! What sort of fucked up prom was this?

"Max continued, "On the flower pots and stairs leading up to the subway entrance, I saw dozens of kids aged 12-17 smoking cigarettes and making out with each other.""

He just described the church my friends went to. They actually had to post a sign saying not to come to service drunk, it didn't work.
This was a fundie place to, spent all of middle school being told about the youth pastor's 'proof' of a 6000 year old earth.

"The day's events began with a transgender Elvis and a parade."

Well, I must admit that would have been something unique.

"Attendees were given condoms and pro-homosexual material such as a bookmark for kids on how to get involved with several homosexual groups and "Transgender Rights Now" stickers."

*gasp*

The horror! Birth control and promotion of tolerance! At the same time!

This is just too much to bear...

""I remained in the building for an hour and a half and found the events inside disturbing, depraved and outright criminal," Max reported."

Isn't this a bit like saying you went on a drug fueled weekend binge of gambling and hookers only to realize, afterward of course, that it's not your kind of thing?

Nobody in their right fucking mind spends an hour and a half somewhere they neither want nor have to be.

""The line included kids wearing the rainbow regalia of the gay movement, teenage boys wearing dresses and high heels, hugging their 'boyfriends,' extremely young looking girls, not much older than 14 or 15, with 'Out and Proud' inscribed in rainbow letters on the front of their T-shirts."

Max continued, "On the flower pots and stairs leading up to the subway entrance, I saw dozens of kids aged 12-17 smoking cigarettes and making out with each other.""

To quote a meme, "pics or it didn't happen."

"He said three middle-aged women with military haircuts shouted from megaphones at the more than 300 youth attendees in line for the event. They barked: "If we find you bringing alcohol, you're going home!"; "Don't have sex on the dance floor!" and "Are you ready to party?""

And?

You know, as someone that was actually there at Boston Pride (where these asshats gave their report from), you're full of shit. Not just any shit, hateful, simple minded, hand-wringing school marm shit.

Only a pack of fucks like you could actually report on this and see anything wrong with any of it. Oh horrors, a trans Elvis! Eek! Passing out of condom! Oh noes! Middle aged women with military haircuts!

Take a chill pill, Chicken Little.

I see nothing wrong with any of this. Except maybe the 12 year olds smoking.

6/20/2009 12:18:55 AM

Ok, you stay for more than an hour when you could have left. What´s the big deal?, something to hide?

Not really all that fundie, aside from the single bolded sentence it's pretty much just a description of what happened. Meh'd.

Sounds like any old prom to me.

Then again these fundies could make a family reunion sound depraved.

Gosh

Brave Max goes undercove to expose gay teens having fun.

Next time: third-agers do bingo!

Try exposing a biker gang Max, then we'll see that you're not just a sensationalist twat

You must have led a very sheltered life, Max, to be so easily shocked.

PS

I notice Max took photoes and WND published them. A nice way to out anybody (and these are teens) to all and sundry. But of course they're queer so their safety and privacy don't matter

Basically these people (who by the way go through rough times from what I hear) were having fun.

Let me explain. I've never really been for pride or gay/bi/trans events myself, I'm a straight lass and though really support gay rights never understood why they flaunt it all at pride (please people don't misunderstand me). My one of my best friends who is trans explain they need events like this, because it gives them a couple of days where they feel free and have less worries. So for her sake I accept pride.

The real sin is people like you being assholes about it, Max. Let them have it, it makes them happy and it shows the world they don't want to be treated like shit and the problem wont go away.

One thing I have to admit that I think teenage hormones are a bit too crazy to decide whether you are gay or not (I know, some do know by then) but even then it doesn't matter.

6/20/2009 5:15:26 AM

Did anyone else just read this going "... and?" Except for the underage smoking, but I don't think that's something the organisers could really help.

Max continued, "On the flower pots and stairs leading up to the subway entrance, I saw dozens of kids aged 12-17 smoking cigarettes and making out with each other."

I actually believe this part, as it sounds somewhat normal for teenagers.

Sounds like fun.
