He said if they apologize its an admission of guilt.

turtle needs to wake up, though. If blacks wanted to use slavery as justification for violence, they certainly don't need the Senate to make a formal apology to do that. As for reparations, there's already a history of doing that to people we wronged in the past. We did it for the Japanese-Americans that we put into camps during WW2, and they didn't rise up and try to kill us all.
