Sex is not a favour or a duty. If she denies sex to her husband, she is not responsible for his sexual behaviour, because is something which is decided between two people. To my understanding, if you reduce marriage to a contract, divorce, that is, RESILIATION OF THE CONTRACT, should be the next logical step. And by the way, sex is not a favour so the rupture of the contract, even from a legal point of view, is not effective. Go to the law school for a while.
