Obama wants embryonic stem cells used.

Did you get your medical licence in a cereal box, or what?
Just because you don't like embryonic stem cell research, that does not mean that it causes cancer.

Shit, you found out Comrade Obama's master plan, he was going to inject people with these cancer stem cells, all found in his devious health care bill.

Why the hell is natural selection so pathetic, people like this really should not be able to breathe involuntarily.

I seem to recall that the main idea is that embryonic stem cells are preferable because the body will accept them as it's own cells since they are neutral cells. That is why embryonic stem cell research is so important. The cells will develop and replace damaged cells with new, healthy cells. They could possibly help a myriad of diseased human conditions.

I think he read the first few paragraphs of Sciam's article and then realized he was out of toilet paper.

http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=mother-of-all-cells

"ES cells, unlike adult stem cells, cannot be used directly in therapy because they cause cancer"

However it and the rest of the articles go on to explain more specifically what stem cells CAN be used for (which I'm not going to try to summarize here). For the rest of the suite of articles:

Once again proving that no matter how stupid a given fundie may be, there's always another one just waiting to out-stupid him (or her). The scariest part is....she votes.
