[Quote: "Yeah but there are hate sites of everything. I could find atheist hate sites, g*y hate sites, racism, ect...

Your posts seem to imply that you think Christians are being persecuted - and they certaintly are in some countries. But not in mine (America). Christians make up a whopping, correct me if I am wrong, 76.5% of Americans.

I don't really think the Dawkins link is a Christian hate message. His answer is pretty logical. I think it is unfair to categorize it so.

OK, there are hate sites of everything. So that makes it OK to have hate sights of Christians?

Not being persecuted in America?! I live in America and see the persecution first hand. I believe the world was created less than 10,000 years ago in seven days. Even though there is NO science to support anything else, I am deemed an idiot. I believe it is wrong to murder unborn children, and am deemed an idiot.

I have had children attending school for about 20 years. Our Christian views are not allowed in school while ALL & ANY others are not only allowed, but also taught in school. Christianity is being systematically removed from the American society that Christianity built. We are not running from lynch mobs yet, but that will come. Do you think the murderers of Christians in the Sudan just started lopping off heads one day? No, they had to spend the time to set the stage. Did Hitler wake up one day and begin killing Jews? No, it took years of preparation. The American stage is set and the preparations are made. And we, Christians, know much worse is coming, even expect it. Prophecy cannot be denied.

ok this is in a way kind of grimly funny. You have no idea what persecution means. What hitler did to the jews is persecution. The the eviction of all muslims and jewish people from spain during the inquisition is persecution. Being called an idiot because you believe in a myth disproven by science for decades does not make you persecuted. It makes you an idiot surrounded by smart people.

not you typical raving at the mouth fundie. Decent sentence structure, well spoken points, good spelling and grammar. It's just a shame he is working from the wrong information.

Wish I had a time machine so I could send your dumb ass back to Rome in Nero's time. You would learn some first hand stuff on persecution.

Not giving you privileges and people not agreeing with you is not persecution.

You aren't being persecuted because you are christian, you are being persecuted because you are an idiot.

I read about the afterlife

Oh dear God. Why don't christians seem to understand that it is not only THEIR views that aren't allowed in schools but ALL religious views?

Its all true. We hate you christians and are secretly working on a plan to exterminate you all. If you leave now, you might just make it out of the coutry before the ovens start running.

oh and p.s. you are a dickhead.

Larry, if you are going to claim you are persecuted because people call you an idiot, it is probably not the best idea to lead off with all the ways in which you are an idiot.

You want to know why you are deemed an idiot? That would be because you are an idiot. There is vast amounts of evidence pointing to the Earth being AT LEAST a million years old, although additional evidence gives an age of ~4 billion years. Do you think scientists just pulled this number out of their asses?
Abortion is not murder. Human embryos do not have a functioning brain, therefore they cannot be considered "alive". Although they do get a functioning brain at some point as a fetus, most women do not wait that late to get abortions. And guess what the usual reason for waiting that long is? Because cunts like you tried to stop her from getting one.

1. Schools do not ban Christians.
2. Religious indoctrination of any kind isn't taught in government-funded schools. If you do come across religious indoctrination in government-funded schools, guess what you can do? File a lawsuit, the ACLU will be there for you.

"hate sights of Christians"

While I would be kind of annoyed if a Christian came up to my face and started evangelizing to me, generally, I don't hate the sight of Christians.

Swede

When I was in primary school, Sweden had a state church and we had Christianity lessons in public school, sang psalms at the beginning of each day and went to church several times per semester. We still learned proper Biology, and I didn't even know that there was a controversy until I found this site five years ago.

Being contradicted is not being persecuted, dearie, nor is being laughed at. Being thrown in jail, fired, raped, and/or murdered, that is persecution.

Children who attend school for 20 years? What, aren't they able to fulfill the requirement to enter into next level?
I bet Christianity is also taught in school, but as you already know it, you don't see it; a case of confirmation bias perhaps.

Christians are still about 78 percent of the American population, and you apparently trust known adulterers more than you trust known atheists.
"The United States has the largest Christian population in the world, with nearly 247 million Christians."
