Quote# 6372

If evolution is true, then man is a law unto himself, accountable to no one... People like Richard Dawkins, the high priest of evolution, know this, and plainly say that the reson they adhere to evolution is because, 'we can not allow a divine foot in the door'. Evolution is not believed because the wight of evidence compells belief, it is believed because the alternative is completely unacceptable to the corrupt nature of fallen man.

Well, I guess if you can't promote theism as true, its good enough in your own minds to promote theism as socially useful.

Science is right, whether you believe it or not. Man is a social animal, and as such behave in a predetermined way in order to be allowed to stay in the community. Someone, like Bobby here, who think that he's accountable to no-one, will not be popular in a society.

Evolution has no priests, it's a natural process which goes on whether you think it's "true" or not. Evolution isn't believed at all, it's accepted due to the immense "wight" of evidence.

Only religious people think that we are fallen.
