People these days view the word Slavery as being exceptionally bad or evil. This is probably steming from the cruelty the Black slaves received in early America... It was a decent relationship back in those [Biblical] times. Let me explain: The slave owner had to take good care of his slaves. It was a give and take relationship at best. The servant had to work for the master of the house but in return the master had to make sure his slaves where properly taken care of. Such as a roof over their head, food, etc.
