WTF is wrong with all these guys trying to deeply analyze rape? It really isn't that complex of an issue. Do fundie have whole classes on defining all the bullshit rules and regulation that are involved in rape? forced upon a person, is rape. Stop trying to make up bullshit loop holes to try and divert the blame from the rapist.

What if she had been drugged, or unconcious, or is paralyzed with fear, gagged or has a gun held to her head or knife at her throat? What if he threatens to kill her if she makes a sound?
Dumbass, its really very simple. Rape = any sexual intercourse where the victim cannot give, has not given, or has withdrawn consent. Silence is not consent!
Trouble there, idiot, is that most rapists are careful to rape people in places and at times where there is no possibility of their being heard screaming for help. Even if your laughably simplistic law were morally correct and sufficient, which it isn't, it is utterly useless.

Sadly, I've debated someone who made the same claim. When I pointed out all the cases in which this is unfair, he responded with "well who cares, if she's a Christian she'll go to heaven anyway".
So if someone assraped you while your mouth was duct taped shut they should go free? Would your lak of screams mean that you consented to gay sex? Wouldn't that make you gay?
