I'm not sure how things work over in the states but I was under the impression that nightclubs could turn away anyone the hell they want and that's what bouncers were for. As for clubs discriminating in favour of hot chicks, this is universal.

Do you mean a private club restricting membership? They probably can do that under the right to peaceably assemble. The right to include whoever they want by definition gives the right to exclude whoever they want. Do you mean a nightclub? File a complaint. The entertainment, alcohol, and restaurant licenses make it a public accomadation. They can enforce a dress code, but not a color code.
