How do atheist explain away tress giving off oxygen and animal giving off carbon dioxide?
There were cyanobacteria giving off large amounts of oxygen long before there were trees and it's still one of the largest producers of oxygen to this day. Neither trees nor cyanobacteria give off oxygen because animal life needs it to breathe, only the organisms that could convert the oxygen rich atmosphere into energy survived and prospered. Also, it's not as if there aren't hundreds, if not thousands of examples of organisms co-evolving in such a way as to form a symbiotic or highly specialized dependence upon one another.

No, once the atmosphere became an oxidizing one rather than a reducing one oxygen intolerant organisms died off. Animal life and plant life are not in a symbiotic relationship in the sense that you seem to be refering too. If there were no trees there would still be an incredibly large amount of oxygen entering the atmosphere and there are many more CO2 sinks than just trees. Also, Natual Selection doesn't deem anything necessary, it's not a self aware process that makes decisions, it's a description of a natural process.

No one who has an understanding of evolutionary theory is making such a claim. Natural Selection is not an accidental process, nor is it a intelligent self aware process. It has no goals but it's progression can be predicted. That would not be possible if it were an "accidental" process.

The argument from "Look, I can't explain that, therefore god did it." is not a valid argument. Just because you or your bible can't explain something doesn't mean that it cannot be explained.

Sure there is, but only in man made structures. If life were intelligently "designed" then the designer did a piss poor job on many things. 99% of the species that have ever lived are now extinct, if they were "intelligently designed" then why did the designer not tweak or modify it's creations to survive in the world that it also designed?

Then i guess it's a good thing that they don't. Atheists don't need to prove "god" doesn't exist, believers need to prove that he does. I doubt anyone tries to "use the bible to prove god doesn't exist", they may use the bible to show that the biblical teachings are internally inconsistent, contradictory, and in some cases jut plain false.
Atheists don't need to use the bible to do the impossible and prove a negative. If your "god" exist then it's up to you, or even better, up to your "god" to prove that he/she/it exists. If you are sick of it then meet the burden of proof, otherwise quit whining when people don't believe what you think they should.

You know what's sad? That out of all the religions and gods worshipped throughout the world and the totality of human history you think that you worship the only real "god", and that others, either those that disbelieve or those with different beliefs, should be disallowed from critisizing, questioning, or mocking your sacred cow.
