It is sad. Because we speak against sin we are labeled as 'haters'.
No, you are label "hater's" not because you speak out against sin, but because you demonize people for no other reason than that they don't share your beliefs and your predjudices.
God hates sin and His Spirit lives in us
And you use that as if it were some perverse justification of your hatred. It isn't. You hate people because you want to, not because "god" makes you.
We even hate sin in our own lives
When your not acting as if your choice of religion makes you better than other people?
As we work to love the sinner and hate the sin the world chooses to ignore the love we show.
"Love the Sinner"? Give me a fucking break. Try telling me that again the next time I have to read about one or another of you calling for the deaths of gays, muslims, atheists, pagans, etc.
is the twisted message from the father of lies that 'What kind of God puts all this temptation in front of you then condemns you for indulging'.
Is evil not a creation of your "god"? Is Satan somehow more powerful than your "god"? If your "god" is omniscient and all powerful then the origin of temptation and all other evil lies with him, and if he isn't all knowing and all powerful then he isn't worthy of the title "god".
This is one of the most insidious twists of Lucifer that leads many to their doom.
As I've already said, Satan/Lucifer/The Devil cannot, by it's very nature, act without the foreknowledge and tacit approval of your "god". If Satan leads someone into temptation it was because "god" alowed that to happen, In fact any act by Satan was because "god" allowed it. You use the idea of the devil to avoid the Problem of Evil, but unless you elevate the devil to the same status as god then you are still left with the fact that your "god", if he/she/it actually existed, would be the author of all evil, all human suffering, and all temptation, either through direct action or complete apathy.
