Homosexuality is a choice. How else would you explain the unusual rise of homosexuals in the last 10 to 20 years. I see it more as a fad/hype really. Kids see it's popular so they do it and most remain that way because they seem to like it. So yes, it's? a choice. 50 years ago the homosexual population was not even 1% of the total population in the U.S and now all of a sudden it's between 10-20%. Perhaps TV is what's causing this, nowadays most cartoons for kids even show homosexual behaviors.

If they try it and like it, they're either gay or bi. If someone is straight, they won't care for it.

You don't know any kids. I'm 18, I know 2 gay guys. One killed himself last week, the other was thrown out of his house and lives on youth allowance and govt housing assistance.
Gay/fag is a very common insult, so much so it has basically created a 3rd meaning of the word totally separate from the previous meanings. Homosexuality is not, by any stretch of the imagination, popular.

Alot of cartoons include some kind of M/F love interest or dynamic. Spongebob is the only cartoon I know with such homosexual undertones and you'll only see them if you're looking for them.

You are a FUCKING IDIOT. There hasn't been a rise in homosexuality in the last two decades - there's been a rise in the number of people who aren't scared to come out anymore. Maybe because the reasonable people in our country have decided that maybe it's not such a terrible horrible awful thing, because it's not.

You say kids see it's popular so they do it. Wrong. Kids see that they don't have to face as much unnecessary religious stigma and feel more free to experiment. And those who stay with it? THEY WERE GAY TO BEGIN WITH. It doesn't take a rocket scientist.

People have always been gay. They've just been closeted because you would lynch them for it. Get the fuck over yourself.

Cite? I would be delighted to see a cartoon for kids that was gay-positive, but I've NEVER seen one.

Also: if TV could really influence your sexuality that much, everyone would be straight, since heterosexual relationships are the kind that are promoted on TV 99.9% of the time.
