Quote# 646

[Apparently, this guy hasn't heard of forensic science, among other things]

I have enough knowledge of science to know that you cannot know what it was like millions of years ago because there was no one there to observe it. Things can only be proven scientificly when someone is there to observe it happening, repeatedly.

No, you obviously do NOT have \"enough knowledge of science.\" In fact, judging from that post, it's doubtful that you have ANY appreciable knowledge of science.

-cally: the suffix has TWO syllables.

Repeatedly? Really? So hpw many times did the 'Holy Spirit' impregante the 'virgin' Mary? So how many times did Jesus turn water into wine? How many times did he walk on water? How many times was he allegedly crucified? How many times did they fail to find his body?

We can't know *exactly* what it was like, no. But there are clues that enable us to make a very good estimate of the conditions.

Someone was there, they are just dead now, same goes with the bible.

What'd I Do

If we could just see everything exactly as it happens all the time, there'd be absolutely no need for science.

In other words: PHAYUL

There is someone to observe it, because "there" is "here".
