Though the place has been shut down, Crowley, they've immediately replaced it with something else. And the article you mention gives plenty of hints that it'll be just as bad, when one recalls that the same people but in a sufficiently different way that they hope people won't immediately notice the similarity of intent.
We already know their attitude towards homosexuality from what they've done here, and the phrasing of their quotes doesn't sound as if it's changed at all. They still see Teh Ghey (and, it seems from their mention of porn and promiscuity, overt sexuality of any kind!) as Bad and Wrong and something that quite simply cannot ever be accepted, and as long as that's how they think then the end result of their attempts to "help" people can still only ever be denial and self-loathing about it, however they actually go about it.
Though they now claim to work with parents and children together, I'm pretty fucking sure that they're never going to actually be supportive or compassionate towards a homosexual in any way, they're just going to partially shift their abuse so that it blames the parents as well as the child, which will most likely simply turn the family against each other even more (they also specifically state they won't take people who are happy about themselves - presumably they're too hard to break down into a neurotic, self-hating mess)
