I think secularists should currently be aware that this is actually a problem for everybody if islam sustains its ties to tradition.
Then again, if its anything like christianity, when it becomes too powerful it will lose all respect for its own laws (which is actually good for human rights).
Then the world will be pretty much the same except western countries would have ramadan instead of christmas.
