Here is my problem:

I have a fairly new job. I thought it would be great; but now not so certain.

My current manager is a nice person and if I "worked" directly for him it would be fine. However, the structure at work is different. I have to work directly for a woman. Well, I will be blunt. This woman is a "man"; if you know what I mean. She is trying to be a man in every respect. I can handle different life styles; but She is a control freak, and tries to act sooo much like a man that she is overbearing and needs to "chill out". As a Christian, I have difficulty working so close in this type of situation. I have been in the work place for 30+ years and have never been in this type of situation before. How should I handle it. Should I start looking for another job. I would talk with my direct manager about the difficulties I am experiencing but not sure of the relationships yet and so forth as I am fairly new to this place of work.

What directions can any Christian out there give to me??? Help. Anything would be much appreciated.
